If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact customer service at ContactUs@StylishFurnitureAndDecor.com WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS of receipt of the item and include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. After submitting your return request, we will review the information and contact you with instructions for returning the item, should that item be available for return or exchange.
Please DO NOT return items to our New York address as all returns and exchanges MUST be shipped directly to our suppliers. Any item returned without an authorization either to our New York address or to a vendor warehouse may be refused by the receiver and may incur additional shipping costs.
Shipping charges incurred for exchanges or returns will be billed to the customer who placed the original order unless otherwise specified. Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
We offer free shipping on several of our products. If for any reason you need to return an item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus the return shipping cost. If you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover the cost of the exchange.
Some of our products will incur a 30% restocking fee for returns or exchanges on items that are not defective. All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back to you and additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All custom pieces are not returnable or refundable. If you are at all uncertain if what you are ordering is considered custom, please contact customer service at ContactUs@StylishFurnitureAndDecor.com to verify. You have 24 hours from the time the order was placed to cancel a custom order and to have the amount refunded to your credit card. After that time custom orders are non-refundable. If for any reason your custom order does not arrive with the specifications that you selected when ordering, Stylish Furniture and Decor reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you. Please contact us immediately if this occurs so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible.
Items Damaged in Transit:
Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects, DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. If you are not able to get in contact with us, please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. We will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.
Should you receive a product that you suspect is defective and has not been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so that we can get the replacement in the works as soon as possible. Stylish Furniture and Decor reserves the right to have the item or items replaced and reshipped at no additional charge to you.
Natural Material Disclaimer:
Natural raw materials used for construction of our furnishings will have variations in areas such as (but not limited to) color, pattern, grain and texture. This includes substances such as wood and leather. These variations may appear in different surfaces of a single item, an area of a product when compared with that same area on an identical product, or on differing surfaces of different pieces of a matching set.
Stylish Furniture and Decor upholds the warrantees provided by the artisans and manufacturers who create our furnishings.
