It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. If you require expedited delivery for your order, please contact customer service at ContactUs@StylishFurnitureAndDecor.com. We can verify if the item or items are all available for expedited delivery as well as quote shipping charges for the order that apply.
Several of our items feature free shipping. If you order an item that offers free shipping in addition to one or more regular items, you will be charged only for the shipping costs for the regular shipping item(s). Addresses outside of the 48 contiguous states may incur an additional charge.
If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to the item being returned and the new item will ship for free.
Some "free shipping" items may be sent via freight carrier by truck. In the case that the ship-to address is not accessible by regular delivery truck, the customer will be responsible for all additional delivery charges. Some of our items require additional charges to ensure they arrive at your home in safe and sound condition. Any additional shipping charge above our standard shipping cost is noted on the product page as a "delivery surcharge".
Oversized and large items often ship via freight carrier. Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Freight companies will contact you a few days prior to the delivery to schedule a delivery date and time frame (typically 2-4 hour blocks) that works for you. If your scheduled appointment is missed, you may be charged a delivery trip fee.
For standard freight delivery, the order will be delivered to your driveway. Premium in-home delivery is available if you would like the item placed inside the threshold of your home or in a particular room with all packing materials discarded. Furniture assembly is not included but may be available if it is arranged before order is placed. Please contact customer service at ContactUs@StylishFurnitureAndDecor.com before placing your order should you need special delivery arrangements or furniture assembly for a fee if possible.
Although our suppliers take great care in packaging their goods for shipping, damages may occur in transit. Furniture items must be carefully inspected BEFORE you sign for the delivery. If the furniture happens to arrive with any defects, DO NOT sign for the items. Contact us immediately while the trucking company is there so that we may discuss the best way to handle the situation. If you are not able to get in contact with us, please either refuse the delivery or note the damages and status of the packaging materials on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. We will be unable to assist you in the replacement of damaged goods or reimbursement if the above procedures are not followed.

Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO Addesses:
Our deliveries are sent by UPS, FedEx or freight carrier. Post Office Box and APO/FPO delivery are not available.
Shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico & International Locations:
At this time we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Canada or Puerto Rico via our website. If you are interested in delivery to any of these locations, please contact customer service at ContactUs@StylishFurnitureAndDecor.com for more information as additional shipping charges, taxes and duties would apply. Please note that "free shipping" items do not ship for free outside the 48 contiguous states.

Natural raw materials used for construction of our furnishings will have variations in areas such as (but not limited to) color, pattern, grain and texture. This includes substances such as wood and leather. These variations may appear in different surfaces of a single item, an area of a product when compared with that same area on an identical product, or on differing surfaces of different pieces of a matching set.
